Does this sound like you?

01

You're a bride who feels overwhelmed with planning your big day

02

You're a photographer needing to craft smooth client timelines

03

You want to nail the details, whether it's a 10-hour marathon or an intimate gathering

I know What you're thinking

“won't my planner or venue coordinator create my timeline?”

Planners and coordinators are wonderful at managing timelines, but often don't know how to properly setup pre-ceremony events that flow well for photos. Like how much time you should budget for the bride getting dressed, what time is best for golden hour photos and how to account for buffer time.

I often see timelines where 10 minutes is allotted for getting dressed and 5 minutes for a first look with dad - in the real world, those timings just don't work.

This guide removes all the guesswork so you can actually enjoy your wedding day.

inside you'll find

01

A breakdown highlighting each step of the wedding day

02

6-10 hour wedding day timelines

03

First look vs no first look options

04

Catholic ceremony timelines

05

Winter vs summer sunset tips

06

Navigating multiple locations

07

One photographer vs two photographers

No guessing. No scrambling. No rushed portraits.

Most online timelines don’t account for real-life delays — hair running late, family portraits taking longer, early winter sunsets. These do.

This isn't just a timeline

01

It’s protection for the moments you’ll never get back.

02

It protects your golden hour portraits — so the sun doesn’t set before you even step outside.

03

It protects your morning — so you’re sipping champagne with your bridesmaids instead of worrying about what's next.

04

It protects time with your parents, your grandparents, your best friends — the people who showed up for you.

05

It protects you — so you feel calm, present and able to actually live your wedding day instead of watching the clock.

06

A well-built timeline doesn’t just organize your day. It safeguards your once-in-a-lifetime memories.

Photographers, if we join forces, you’ll be able to

Send polished, professional timelines to clients in minutes instead of starting from scratch every wedding.

These timelines help you create

01

Time for golden hour portraits that elevate your portfolio

02

Buffer time when hair and makeup run behind

03

Smooth transitions between events

04

Enough space for family portraits without the chaos

05

Your ability to deliver a full, well-rounded gallery

After photographing 100+ weddings, I’ve seen how quickly a poorly built timeline can unravel a day.

The ceremony runs late.
Dinner is pushed back.
Sunset disappears.

Suddenly you're squeezing portraits into 10 minutes of blue hour light.

And no matter how talented you are — you can’t fix missing time.

So instead of rebuilding timelines from scratch for every client, you can confidently lead.

Send polished timelines in minutes.
Educate your couples.

Position yourself as the professional who has thought of everything.

Because strong timelines don’t just protect the wedding day.

They protect your brand.

The best photographers don’t just take beautiful photos — they guide the day.

When I was planning my own wedding, I remember feeling completely unsure of how the day should flow. I didn’t know how long photos should take. I didn’t know how early to start getting ready. I didn’t know how to protect time for the moments that mattered most. I leaned heavily on my photographer and her knowledge to help me plan out my wedding day.

Now after 7 years in the wedding industry, I want to pass on that knowledge and help brides with the things that I didn't know when planning my own wedding. After photographing over 100 weddings, I’ve seen what works — and what causes stress, delays and missed moments. I created this guide so that you don’t have to learn the hard way.

Making complex wedding planning simple.

Plan your wedding day with the confidence of someone who’s done it 100+ times.
